Here's an overview of the loan-application process

STEP ONE -- Apply Now! Getting started is easy

When you've selected a property and have a contract with the Seller, the next step is to complete your loan application, which can be done easily through our website. To get started, click the Apply Now link and follow the instructions.

Be sure to purchase your credit report the application cannot be reviewed  with out it. 

At the appropriate time we'll order a property appraisal for you.

STEP TWO -- Gather the following documents

If Employed: W-2's last 2 years, 2 recent paystubs, (bi-weekly, bi-monthly) 4 if weekly, most recent bank, investment statement, CD's and/or 401k, Thrift Savings.

If Self-Employed: All the above plus 2 years tax returns (Forma 1040, Sch A,C, and Form 2140); if partnership K-1 form and if Corporation 1120 or 1120s. Signed  

If own rental property or Real Estate Investor: All the above plus Sch. E or E's and rental agrements.

STEP THREE-- Order Appraisal  

 Return to our site no sooner than 3 days  after completing your application and purchase appraisal.

STEP FOUR -- Your Loan is Approved and Funded

We will will designate an Escrow/Title Company to handle the funding of your loan, along with many other factors which make your purchase or refinance  go smoothly.

We will coordinate with the escrow team and you'll sign the final papers at their office.
